Integrations and setup
Keep your AI tools, and give them a better understanding of your business.
Connect BeigeCheck to the tools your team already uses, add the company knowledge you trust, and start checking real work. There’s no new place to write.
Getting started
Four steps to your first useful check.
Start with one person and a few approved documents, and bring more people in once you’ve seen it work.
- 01
Create your workspace
Sign up for your company. You’re its owner, and you choose who approves its knowledge.
- 02
Add what you know
Add your brand guidelines, the facts you stand behind and writing you’re proud of, then approve what BeigeCheck finds in them.
- 03
Connect your AI tool
Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft 365 Copilot, in a few minutes, using the steps further down.
- 04
Try a real task
Ask your AI tool to use BeigeCheck for something you need this week. The Beige-ometer appears with the draft.
Ways to connect
Choose the way your team already works.
Use BeigeCheck in the AI tools people chat with, or connect it to your own systems through the API.
Every plan
Claude
Claude gets your approved facts, house rules and voice, and has each draft checked before you see it.
- Each person adds BeigeCheck to their own Claude.
- They sign in with their BeigeCheck account, once.
Every plan
ChatGPT
The same company knowledge in ChatGPT, so nobody pastes the brand guide into a prompt again.
- Install it from ChatGPT’s plugin directory. On Enterprise and Edu, an admin allows it first.
- On a personal account, each person adds it themselves.
Business and above · Your IT team switches it on
Microsoft 365 Copilot
Your approved knowledge for everyone who uses Copilot at work.
- Your Microsoft 365 administrator adds BeigeCheck once, and decides who can use it.
- Each person then connects it with their BeigeCheck sign-in.
Business Integrated and Enterprise
Your own systems
Proposal pipelines, sales tools and marketing workflows get the same knowledge and checks through the API.
- An owner creates an API key in BeigeCheck.
- A developer connects your system, which can also ask for rewrites in your voice.
Step by step
Connect your AI tool in a few minutes.
You’ll need a BeigeCheck account first, which your company’s owner can invite you to.
Connect Claude
On Claude Team or Enterprise, an Owner adds BeigeCheck for the organisation first, using the guide for owners, and you connect it from Customize, then Connectors. On your own Free, Pro or Max plan:
You
Add BeigeCheck as a connector
Customize, then Connectors
You
Set its tools to Always allow
BeigeCheck, under Yours
You
“Use BeigeCheck to draft a proposal for…”
- In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors. Choose Add, then Add custom connector.

Customize, then Connectors, then Add, then Add custom connector. - Call it BeigeCheck and paste
https://mcp.beigecheck.com/mcpas the address. - Choose Continue and sign in to BeigeCheck.
- Open BeigeCheck under Yours, and set both groups of tools, Interactive tools and Read-only tools, to Always allow. Otherwise Claude asks for permission every time it uses BeigeCheck. All of its tools only read; the draft check counts as interactive because it shows the Beige-ometer panel.

Both groups set to Always allow. - Start a prompt with “Use BeigeCheck to…”. Or add this to your profile preferences once:
When I write anything for my company, use BeigeCheck first.
Claude’s Free plan allows one custom connector, so BeigeCheck uses it.
Connect ChatGPT
BeigeCheck is in ChatGPT’s plugin directory. On ChatGPT Enterprise or Edu, your admin may need to allow it for the workspace first, using the guide for admins. Then:
- In ChatGPT, open Plugins in the sidebar and search for BeigeCheck, by Ghostart Ltd.
- Choose Install plugin, then Connect, and sign in to BeigeCheck.
- In a chat, type @BeigeCheck and say what you want written.
Connect Microsoft 365 Copilot
Your Microsoft 365 administrator adds BeigeCheck once, for the whole company. Everyone with a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence can then use it.
- In the Microsoft 365 admin centre, open Copilot, then Connectors. Under Gallery, choose Create a new connector, then Connect to MCP server.
- Call it BeigeCheck and paste
https://mcp.beigecheck.com/mcpas the MCP server URL. Add Ghostart Ltd as the developer, with https://beigecheck.com, /privacy and /terms as the website, privacy and terms addresses. - Choose OAuth 2.0 and paste this as the Reference ID:
NjcxNzIwNWUtYzBmOC00YjVhLWI2ZDUtNTE3YTVjMmFmN2RhIyNjYTExZTM4Zi0wM2RiLTRlYjctYWJkNi0wOWE2OTgwYjlmYzU= - Choose Authorize, sign in to BeigeCheck, accept Microsoft’s notice and choose Create.
- Then install it for your people: open Agents, then Tools, choose BeigeCheck, choose Install, pick who gets it (everyone, or chosen people) and confirm. Until it’s installed, BeigeCheck is only available, and nobody sees it in Copilot.
- Each person then switches it on once: in Copilot, choose +, then Change data sources, find BeigeCheck, choose Connect, then Continue to BeigeCheck, and sign in. Microsoft’s box says Copilot can “read and write” content; BeigeCheck’s connection only reads.
- Then ask Copilot to use BeigeCheck when they write, with Work IQ switched on.
The administrator needs the Global Administrator or AI Administrator role. To give it to chosen groups, remove it, or work out why someone can’t see it, send them the guide for IT.
What it looks like
An ordinary request, better informed.
Say you’re announcing a new client. Your AI tool fetches your approved facts and voice from BeigeCheck, writes the post, and has it checked before you see it.
You still decide what goes out. The connection only reads, and changes to your company’s knowledge happen in BeigeCheck, where an approver signs them off.
