Copy.ai brings the models into its app. BeigeCheck brings your company into the models you already use.

Last checked 3 November 2026

Copy.ai is a go-to-market platform. Its chat offers OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini models, and around it sit workflows and agents for sales and marketing teams, a Brand Voice built from your published writing, and an Infobase of company context that the chat draws on. Fullcast has acquired it and plans to fold it into a revenue-operations platform.

BeigeCheck is a read-only connector that gives the Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft 365 Copilot your people already pay for the company’s approved facts and voice, then scores each draft and checks every claim against those facts. Copy.ai wants to be the app; BeigeCheck assumes you’ve already chosen one.

Where they overlap

Both start from the same two ingredients: a company voice and a store of company facts, so that what the model writes sounds like you and draws on what you know. Copy.ai’s Brand Voice and Infobase and BeigeCheck’s voice brief and approved facts are answers to the same question.

Copy.ai does much more besides. It’s a workflow and agent platform for sales and marketing, with a chat that lets you switch between OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini models in one window, integrations into Salesforce and HubSpot, and workflow credits for bulk jobs. For a revenue team automating outreach, that’s the product, and BeigeCheck isn’t a substitute for it.

Where they differ

The first difference is where your people write. Copy.ai gives you Claude and GPT inside Copy.ai. BeigeCheck gives Copy.ai’s kind of context to the Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot your people already use, with nothing to switch to. If a colleague is happy in their own Claude, BeigeCheck leaves them there.

The second is checking. Copy.ai’s pages describe the voice and the Infobase as context for generation. Nothing described reads the finished draft back against them, and there’s no score. The Beige-ometer scores every draft for how authentic it reads and how well it fits the voice, quotes the sentences to change, and checks every claim against your approved facts.

The third is provenance and approval. An Infobase entry is something someone pasted. A BeigeCheck fact has a source and a version, nothing changes without an approver, and BeigeCheck proposes changes itself from the edits people keep making.

And the fourth is price shape. Copy.ai sells seat allowances that climb from five to 200, with credits on top. BeigeCheck charges the company a flat price with unlimited people on every plan.

One more thing to weigh: Copy.ai’s own acquisition page says its capabilities will ship as part of Fullcast’s platform, and its feature pages still refer to a Pro plan that the live pricing page no longer lists. Check where the product is heading before you commit a team to it.

Who each suits

Copy.ai suits a sales or marketing operations team that wants one platform for AI workflows and agents across its go-to-market stack, with a choice of models in one chat and a brand voice applied inside it.

BeigeCheck suits a company whose people write in Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot and want to keep doing that, where the question is whether each draft is true, sounds like the company and still sounds like the person, and where ten writers shouldn’t need a seat allowance to share the same approved facts.
