Jasper is a marketing content platform with its own editor, chat and agents. It writes on-brand copy from brand voices, audiences, a knowledge base and a style guide, and its Business plan adds an MCP server that brings that context into Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot Studio.
BeigeCheck doesn’t generate anything. It gives the Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft 365 Copilot you already pay for your company’s approved facts and voice, then scores the draft and checks every claim against those facts. One replaces the writing tool; the other checks the one you’ve got.
Side by side
Works inside your own AI tools
- Jasper
- Yes, on Business plans with API access: an MCP server with guides for Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot Studio, OpenAI Agent Builder and n8n. Pro users work in Jasper’s own app. Gemini isn’t shown on its pages.
- BeigeCheck
- Claude and ChatGPT on every plan; Microsoft 365 Copilot from Business up.
Other places it works
- Jasper
- Its own Canvas, Chat and Agents; a Chrome and Edge extension; Google Docs and Word add-ins; an API on Business; connectors to SharePoint, Salesforce (beta), Slack, Webflow and others.
- BeigeCheck
- A web API for your own systems on Business Integrated and Enterprise.
What it supplies to the AI tool
- Jasper
- Brand voices, audiences, style guides, knowledge and products, and a generate-content tool that writes with Jasper’s own models, at one credit a call.
- BeigeCheck
- Your approved voice brief, glossary and house rules for that kind of writing, and your approved facts with their sources. Your AI tool does the writing.
What it checks
- Jasper
- Style rules are applied as content is generated, and Jasper says it prompts corrections for deviations from the style guide on Business. A score on a finished draft isn’t shown on its pages; its scores are separate diagnostics for GEO and brand compliance across a website.
- BeigeCheck
- The Beige-ometer on every draft: how authentic it reads and how well it fits the voice, with the sentences to change and a fix for each; Citability on public formats; a claim check against your approved facts.
Company voice
- Jasper
- Yes: two brand voices on Pro, unlimited on Business, each built from up to eight examples, files or URLs. Style guide on Business only.
- BeigeCheck
- Yes: an approved company voice per kind of writing, a glossary and house rules, on every plan.
Personal voice
- Jasper
- A brand voice can be set private to one person, and it counts against the plan’s voice limit. A separate personal layer isn’t shown on its pages.
- BeigeCheck
- Yes: each person’s own voice, built only from writing they’ve done themselves, alongside the company’s.
Approved facts with sources
- Jasper
- A knowledge base (five assets on Pro, unlimited on Business) and Product IQ, used at the moment of generation. Sources against each fact, and a check of a draft’s claims against them, aren’t shown on its pages.
- BeigeCheck
- Yes: approved facts, each with its source and version, in six areas; every claim in a draft checked against them.
Learning
- Jasper
- Not shown on its public pages. Voices, audiences and knowledge are set up and edited by people.
- BeigeCheck
- Proposes changes from your documents and from the edits people keep making; an approver decides every one.
Pricing model
- Jasper
- Per seat, plus credits for some agents and for API and MCP calls on Business.
- BeigeCheck
- Flat price per company with unlimited people, metered on units a month. The rule-based checks are unlimited.
Entry price
- Jasper
- Pro $59 a month billed yearly ($69 monthly), one seat. Business is quoted, with a 12-month commitment.
- BeigeCheck
- Starter $249 a month billed yearly ($293 monthly); Business $535; Business Integrated $1,062; Enterprise from $2,500. Also in pounds and euros.
Trial
- Jasper
- 7 days on Pro.
- BeigeCheck
- 7 days on Starter and 14 on Business, from your first check, and you don’t need a card.
Where your data is
- Jasper
- Google Cloud, US-East. SOC 2, GDPR and PCI badges; an EU option isn’t shown on its pages.
- BeigeCheck
- Database in Ireland, servers in London. The AI model for checks runs with Anthropic in the United States.
Status page
- Jasper
- Not shown on its public pages; the link on its trust page goes nowhere.
- BeigeCheck
- Yes, and it’s checked every five minutes.
Where they overlap
Both hold a company’s voice and knowledge in one place so that everyone writing for the company starts from the same material, and both can put that material into Claude and ChatGPT rather than making people work somewhere new. Jasper’s MCP server and BeigeCheck’s connector are the same idea in that respect.
Jasper does a great deal that BeigeCheck doesn’t try to, starting with the writing itself: it has a full editor, agents for campaigns, translation and research, a no-code agent builder, a GEO diagnostic, a browser extension that follows you into other apps, and connectors into SharePoint and Salesforce. If what you want is a content production line with brand controls, Jasper is one, and its customer stories are about hours saved on volume.
Where they differ
The first difference is who writes. Jasper generates with its own models, in its own app or through its MCP tool. BeigeCheck never generates: Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot writes, and BeigeCheck supplies the facts and voice beforehand and checks the result afterwards. If your people already prefer the model they have, BeigeCheck leaves them with it.
The second is checking. Jasper’s style rules apply while it generates, which is a good way to avoid the em dash and keep the product names right. BeigeCheck reads the finished draft, scores how authentic it reads and how well it fits the voice, quotes the sentences to change, and checks each claim against your approved facts. That last check has no equivalent on Jasper’s pages: its knowledge base feeds generation, and nothing described reads the draft back against it.
The third is facts with provenance and approval. Jasper’s knowledge base holds what you upload. BeigeCheck holds each fact with where it came from and which version it is, and nothing changes without an approver. BeigeCheck also learns, proposing changes from the edits people keep making, where Jasper’s pages describe setup by hand.
And pricing is a different shape. Jasper charges per seat and reserves its style guide, unlimited voices and MCP server for Business, which it quotes. BeigeCheck charges the company a flat price with unlimited people on every plan, and its personal voice layer is on every plan too.
Who each suits
Jasper suits a marketing team that wants one platform to produce content at volume, with brand voices and a style guide applied as it writes, and that’s happy to move its writing into Jasper or to call Jasper’s generation from Claude on a Business contract.
BeigeCheck suits a company whose people write in Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot and want to keep doing that, where the problem is whether the draft is true, sounds like the company and still sounds like the person, and where ten people shouldn’t need ten seats to get the same approved facts.
