Features
One source of truth for your company, and room for every voice in it.
Give the AI tools your people already use your approved facts and voice. Then check what they write against the standards your company has agreed.
01 · Company knowledge
Give every AI tool the facts your company stands behind.
Keep what your company has approved in one place: figures, credentials, client stories, quotes and how you describe yourselves, each with the source behind it.
- Every AI tool your people use gets the same approved facts.
- Claims in a draft are checked against what you’ve approved.
- New facts wait for an approver before anyone’s AI tool uses them.

02 · Company and personal voice
Consistent knowledge, and distinctive voices.
Everyone should describe the company the same way. They shouldn’t all have to sound the same.
BeigeCheck combines your brand guidelines and house style with each person’s own way of writing, so colleagues keep their voice inside the company’s standards.
- One company voice and set of house rules for everyone.
- Each person’s voice, built only from writing they’ve done themselves.
- A score for how well each draft fits the voice it’s written in.

03 · The Beige-ometer
Catch the writing that sounds right but says too little.
The Beige-ometer picks out phrasing that reads as AI-written and claims your approved knowledge doesn’t back. It also scores how well each draft fits your voice.
It quotes the exact words and suggests a fix for each, and your AI tool makes the changes you agree to. You decide what goes out.
- Scores for how authentic a draft reads and how well it fits your voice.
- Claims checked against the facts you’ve approved.
- Specific fixes, quoted word for word, in place of a vague “make it sound more human”.
Two things to changeNot ready yet
“We’re delighted to deliver an innovative end-to-end solution for our new client, cutting their costs by 40%.”

A claim your facts don’t back
“Cutting their costs by 40%” isn’t in your approved facts. Leave it out, or add the evidence.
04 · Approvals and learning
Your knowledge gets better, and a person approves every change.
Your company’s knowledge and voice improve over time, but a shared standard shouldn’t change because one person edited one draft.
BeigeCheck proposes updates from your documents and from the edits people keep making, and an approver decides. Every decision is kept as a version, so you can trace it and go back.
- A person approves every proposed change to your facts and voice.
- A full history of what changed, who approved it and when.
- Campaign briefs for a set period, on Business Integrated, Enterprise and every Business trial.
