Frontify is a brand platform: digital asset management, brand guidelines, templates and portals for midsize and enterprise brands. It now has an official Claude connector that lets Claude read your guidelines, design systems and approved assets.
BeigeCheck holds a company’s approved facts, voice and house rules, gives them to Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft 365 Copilot before they write, then scores the draft and checks every claim. For a company already on Frontify, the two do different jobs: Frontify supplies the rules, BeigeCheck checks whether this draft followed them.
Side by side
Works inside your own AI tools
- Frontify
- Yes. An official connector in Claude’s directory, added July 2026, on Claude Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise, each person signing in with their own Frontify login. ChatGPT, Cursor and Figma Make are named as compatible; Microsoft only through a Copilot Studio agent; Gemini isn’t mentioned. Its help pages still describe the MCP as beta.
- BeigeCheck
- Claude and ChatGPT on every plan; Microsoft 365 Copilot from Business up, switched on once by IT.
Read-only connection
- Frontify
- Partly. The default pack is 25 read-only tools; other packs add writes such as creating assets, folders and workflow tasks, and one pack applies to the whole account. 52 to 53 tools in all.
- BeigeCheck
- Yes. Every tool only reads. Nothing in any AI tool can change your knowledge; changes go through approvals in BeigeCheck.
What it supplies to the AI tool
- Frontify
- Brand guidelines including tone-of-voice rules, style guides, fonts and colours, logos and other assets, templates, copyright and licence status, under your existing Frontify permissions.
- BeigeCheck
- Your approved voice brief, glossary and house rules for that kind of writing, and your approved facts with their sources.
What it checks
- Frontify
- Frontify’s blog says you can “ask Claude to check content against approved brand guidelines”. No check, review or score tool appears on its tool list; the connector supplies the guideline text and Claude does the reading. In Frontify itself, the Brand Assistant can review text against your tone of voice. No score is shown on its pages.
- BeigeCheck
- The Beige-ometer on every draft: how authentic it reads and how well it fits the voice, with the sentences to change and a fix for each; Citability on public formats; a claim check against your approved facts.
Company voice
- Frontify
- Yes, as tone-of-voice rules inside the brand guidelines.
- BeigeCheck
- Yes: an approved company voice per kind of writing, a glossary and house rules.
Personal voice
- Frontify
- Not shown on its public pages.
- BeigeCheck
- Yes: each person’s own voice, built only from writing they’ve done themselves.
Approved facts with sources
- Frontify
- Brand guidelines and asset metadata, with answers linking back to the guideline page. A store of company facts, each approved, dated and sourced, isn’t shown on its pages.
- BeigeCheck
- Yes: approved facts, each with its source and version, in six areas; every claim in a draft checked against them.
Learning
- Frontify
- Not shown on its public pages. Your data isn’t used to train its models.
- BeigeCheck
- Proposes changes from your documents and from the edits people keep making; an approver decides every one.
Pricing model

- Monthly active users in bands, billed yearly. The MCP is included at no extra cost.
- BeigeCheck
- Flat price per company with unlimited people, metered on units a month.

Where they overlap
Both put company knowledge into Claude through a connector that each person signs into with their own login, and both respect who’s allowed to see what. Both hold a company’s voice rules and both are built so that AI output starts from the brand rather than from the model’s guess at it. Frontify is listed in Claude’s official connector directory, and its connector reaches ChatGPT, Cursor and Figma as well.
Frontify is also a far bigger product. It’s where a large brand keeps every logo, template, font, licence and guideline page, with portals for agencies and regions, translation, auto-tagging and duplicate detection. BeigeCheck holds none of that and doesn’t try to; it has no asset library and no design system.
Where they differ
The first difference is what travels through the connector. Frontify sends Claude the guidelines. BeigeCheck sends the voice brief, glossary and house rules for this kind of writing, and the specific approved facts the draft needs, each with its source. A brand book tells the model how to sound; a facts record tells it what’s true.
The second is checking. Frontify’s blog says you can ask Claude to check content against the guidelines, which means Claude reads the guideline text and gives an opinion, with no tool behind it and no score. The Beige-ometer scores every draft, quotes the sentences that read as machine-made or off-voice, suggests a fix for each, and checks every claim against the approved facts. The number moves when you fix the sentence, so you know whether you did.
The third is the connection itself. BeigeCheck’s connector is read-only in every tool: nothing an AI tool does can change your knowledge, and every change goes through a proposal and an approver in BeigeCheck. Frontify’s default pack is read-only too. Its other packs add write tools for assets and workflows, and one pack applies to the whole account.
And the fourth is voice. Frontify holds one brand voice as guideline text. BeigeCheck holds the company voice and a separate voice for each person, built only from writing they’ve done themselves, so colleagues stay inside the brand without sounding identical.
Who each suits
Frontify suits a midsize or enterprise brand that needs one home for its assets, guidelines and templates across regions, agencies and partners, and that wants Claude to find the right logo and read the right guideline page. If you already have Frontify, keep it.
BeigeCheck suits a company whose problem is the draft itself: whether what Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot wrote is true, sounds like the company and still sounds like the person who wrote it. A Frontify customer can run both, with Frontify supplying the rules and BeigeCheck checking the writing against them.
