No. Every plan covers everyone who writes for your company. The units are what grow with use.
If you don’t choose a plan, the AI-scored checks and document reading stop. Your facts, your voice and the rule-based checks keep working in your AI tools, and nothing is deleted. Choose a plan whenever you’re ready to start again.
Claude and ChatGPT on every plan, and Microsoft 365 Copilot from Business up. Business Integrated adds the API, so your own systems can use BeigeCheck too.
Your AI tool does the writing. BeigeCheck gives it your approved facts and voice before it starts, then checks the draft and says what to change. Through the API, BeigeCheck can also rewrite a draft in your voice when your system asks it to.
The rule-based checks keep working, along with your facts and voice. The AI-scored checks pause until your allowance resets at the start of the next month, unless you have top-up units, which last 12 months. Nothing you’ve stored is affected.
You pay for the year up front and it costs 15% less than paying monthly. The price shown is what that works out at each month.
